I teach with Cindy Durichek in the Newcomer Center. We work with students new to the country who have limited formal schooling. Students are in the Newcomer Center for a year while they acclimate to the school environment and learn literacy skills. If your student is in the Newcomer Center, please feel free to call the school or email us any time. We have paraprofessionals in the building who speak Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Mongolian and Bosnian if you need assistance.
